Keith’s entrepreneurial spirit has enabled him to help companies, individuals and families overcome the high cost of Healthcare by taking advantage of tax friendly strategies and transparency of costs. He specializes in self-funding health plans and RX carve out options as well as Fringe Benefits for Government Contracts (Davis Bacon, Service Contracts and Living Wage Regulations).
Keith’s signature product, 325 Plan, is designed specifically for small businesses starting their benefit packages with limited resources.
One of Keith’s greatest pleasures is helping Veterans transition into the private healthcare sector. He speaks regularly with Veteran’s Organizations around Florida and educates brokers and agents on the integration of VA benefits and Medicare.
Keith is an ambassador for the Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses (FAVOB) and has served on the board for the Space Coast FAVOB as Membership Chair. He has also served as a board member at the state and local levels for the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
As an advocate for the Medicare population, he has been a featured speaker at Florida’s Medicare Summit and a guest host on the Seniors Helping Seniors Radio and TV shows.
Keith is a United States Air Force Veteran of 23 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Aerospace Science.
Keith supports Healing Paws for Warriors, who provide combat veterans with ADA-certified service dogs, and Friends for Freddy, a nonprofit animal rescue.
Keith’s favorite phrase is “Don’t be a hammerhead!”
Pam is a retired Air Force veteran and has extensive experience as a customer service representative, educator, advisor, and researcher. Her caring spirit allows her to guide clients to a solution that meets their needs.
She specializes in the needs of the Medicare population.
Whether you are just turning 65, or have been on Medicare for years, Pam will clarify any misconceptions you might have and provide the information you need to understand the options that are available for your situation.
As a member of the Central Florida Association of Health Underwriters (CFAHU), Pam stays updated on current legislation in the health care industry. She has previously chaired the Program Committee for Florida Association of Health Underwriters (FAHU).
She holds a master’s degree in Special Education and a bachelor’s in Social Psychology.

Cheryl has been in the health insurance industry since 2004. She retired from the private sector after 20 years of dedicated service as a Customer Service Agent at Northwest Airlines.
As a member of National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), she continually stays up to date on current health care changes, and bills that are being considered by Congress as new legislation. She attended the Capitol Conference (virtually) which shares the most current actions in DC. This also afforded her the opportunity to lobby with other agents to Florida congressmen about current issues.
Cheryl is highly skilled in promoting client retention through exemplary quality service. She strives to simplify Medicare for people turning 65. Additionally, she is certified in the individual/family market space, educating individuals and families on healthcare options that provide quality health care.
Cheryl has been a volunteer for Special Olympics since 2003. She is also the coordinator for Next Chapter Book Club, a book club for adults with developmental disabilities.
Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree and is a life time member to the Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.
Joyce was born in Lincoln, Illinois and moved to Florida in 1999. Her love for animals led her to a career as a pet groomer. She managed her own grooming business for 25+ years.
After moving to Florida, she continued her work with animals by volunteering at local animal shelters. Her future goals are to continue to follow her walk with Christ and train a dog for search and recovery.
Joyce joined the VHP team in 2020 as our Office Manager. Her organizational and communication skills, and her love of animals, made her a great fit for Verus. She has two daughters and two Angora rabbits.
